Hope Endures LLC ("we," "us") builds apps that are designed to work without collecting your personal information. This policy describes what little we handle, and how.
This website
This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and does not collect personal information. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as a technical necessity of operating the network.
Our apps
Our apps are designed to store your data on your device or in your personal iCloud account, under your control. Unless an app's own privacy notice states otherwise:
- We do not collect, transmit, or sell personal information.
- We do not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
- Data you create in an app stays on your device and, where the app supports it, in your private iCloud storage — which we cannot access.
Where an individual app has additional privacy characteristics (for example, an optional feature that connects to a third-party service), those are disclosed in that app's App Store listing and in-app privacy notice, which take precedence for that app.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your address with anyone.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
Children
Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
